Home Goals: Backyard Coffee Shop
We can't all get out to our favorite coffee shop these days, so one guy decided to bring the coffee shop experience home instead.
I thought I always wanted a writing shed in my backyard, but the pandemic has made me miss the feeling of working in a coffee shop more than anything. The smell of java brewing, the whirr of the grinder, the faint sound of Bossa Nova floating over the din of conversation—I miss it all.
Well, one man in California decided to take matters into his own hands in the most amazing way: he built a coffee shop in his backyard.
The result is something truly special and it’s given me a new goal: to build the bookstore/café I’ve always wanted--ten feet from my backdoor.
